A three-storey residential development designed to feel calm and generous while making efficient use of its plot. The elevation is kept quiet and well-proportioned, letting material and rhythm do the work rather than ornament.
Each level is planned for comfortable family living, with daylight, cross-ventilation, and private outdoor space carried through the design. The project runs from concept and visualization to a coordinated set of working drawings across three floors.

The brief
A comfortable, modern home development that reads as warm and considered from the street, uses its footprint efficiently across three levels, and keeps interiors bright and naturally cool.
Living spaces
Living areas are planned to be open and daylit, with clear separation between shared and private zones. Outdoor space is threaded through the levels so every home keeps a connection to the outside.

Three coordinated levels organise circulation, living, and private rooms into an efficient, easy-to-read layout. The plans below show the arrangement across the development.

A set of renders was produced to study the massing, facade, and materials, giving a clear picture of the finished development before construction.
